FLASH TATTOOS

Seattle, Wa (International District)

I’m a “flash only” tattooer - which means I work strictly from my flash collection. If ya aren’t familiar with the term “Flash” - it refers to a tattooer’s collection of ready-made designs, drawn with the intention of being tattooed “as is”. As you scroll the collection, feel free to grab screenshots of pieces you like in case you go on to fill out a booking form - there will be a prompt to attach an image there. That said, you don’t have to be fully settled on a design when you show up - I’m happy to help with sizing/placement/design choice.

I only tattoo part-time these days as I also juggle full time farming. Balancing the two roles has reshaped my approach to tattooing this year, and I’ve had to get more restrictive with my process. (i.e; flash only, size & placement restrictions, flat rate pricing, etc.) I so much appreciate those of ya who can vibe with these parameters, and to those i’ve been tattooing over the years - your flexibility with these changes does not go unnoticed!

PRICING/DESIGN SPECIFICS

PRICING - I charge $300 flat per appointment. I do not accept tips. $300 books you a two hour time slot. This ends up being about an hour and a half of tattooing, with a half hour of situating our design(s). My flash is organized into larger pieces with a maximum size restriction of about 4.5”x 5.5” (about hand size), and smaller pieces with a maximum size restriction of about 3”x 3”. Im currently tattooing arms and legs only - as torsos involve more factors that make completion time harder to predict. I can do 1 design per session of the bigger pieces, or 2 per session of the smaller pieces. Occasionally it might work out to do a bigger piece along with a smaller one. You’re always welcome to ask if that’s something you find yourself pulled towards.

I require a $50 deposit to secure an appointment. That amount will go towards the $300 total day of. If I should have to cancel or reschedule our appointment - your deposit can either be returned or transferred to another date. If you’d like to cancel an appointment and have your deposit returned, I’ll need to have at least four days notice, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. That said, things happen and I’ll always understand when something comes up last minute - even if it’s simply not feeling like being tattooed. Any reason is a valid reason to cancel. I’m always happy to find a way to get ya back on the calendar.

You’ll be prompted to make the deposit online when booking an appointment.

BLACK&GRAY/COLOR - Please note I’m only tattooing in Black and Gray. I love color tattoos - I’m just not offering ‘em myself right now!

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

  • Feel free to bring a friend along for the session! It can be a nice comfort/distraction. But also maybe have them bring a book and a snack in case you’re rendered speechless - ‘cause it could also be a bit boring for them!

  • Eat a good meal and be sure you’re hydrated before your appointment. Hurts less that way!

  • Try to wear comfy clothes you don’t mind getting some ink on in case we get messy!

  • If you can remember, bring a water bottle and choice snack along. Ya won’t regret it!

  • There’s paid parking lots surrounding the tattoo studio. That’s where I park! Sometimes you can find some street parking - though I’m not sure it’s any cheaper.

  • If you’re a bus person, the King Street Light Rail Station drops you two blocks from the shop! nice ‘n easy!
